1. Right to withdraw from the contract (14 calendar days)
- You may return the books within 14 calendar days from receiving them, without giving a reason
- Send us an email at info@bookshop.lt including your order number
- We will send you the return address and instructions
2. Return conditions
- Books must be unused and undamaged
- With original labels and packaging
- Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer (if returning due to change of mind)
3. Damaged or incorrectly delivered books
- Report any damage within 48 hours via email with photos
- In such cases, we cover the return shipping costs
- We offer a free replacement or a refund
4. Refunds
- We issue refunds within 14 days using the same payment method
- Once we have received your returned book at our warehouse
