1.1. These Terms regulate the conclusion of the book purchase–sale agreement, the rights and obligations of the parties, liability, and other legal relations related to trading on www.bookshop.lt.
1.2. Online store operator: Laufgard, MB, company code 307054904, VAT code LT100017814814, registered address: Perkūnkiemio g. 19, LT-12120 Vilnius, Lithuania (hereinafter – the Seller).
1.3. These Terms are mandatory for all persons using the Website and/or purchasing the books offered on it (hereinafter – the Buyer). By using the Website or placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read the Terms and agree to comply with them.
1.4. The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms at any time. Changes become effective on the day they are published on the Website and apply to orders placed after the publication.
2.1. All prices on the Website are listed in euros (EUR), including VAT.
2.2. The price valid at the time of placing the order applies.
2.3. Payments may be made by bank card, bank transfer, online banking, or other methods indicated on the Website.
2.4. After payment, the Seller issues and sends a VAT invoice to the Buyer via email.
3.1. The contract is considered concluded when the Buyer forms a cart on the Website, confirms delivery information, selects a payment method, reads the Terms, and clicks the “Pay” / “Order” button.
3.2. The Seller confirms receipt of the order by email. If the books are out of stock or the order cannot be fulfilled, the Seller promptly informs the Buyer and refunds the paid amount.
4.1. Delivery is available only within the territory of Lithuania.
4.2. Delivery price: 2.99 EUR per order.
4.3. Books are shipped from a warehouse in Lithuania.
4.4. Delivery time: 2–3 business days.
4.5. Each shipment is provided with a tracking number.
5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 calendar days from receiving the books, without stating a reason.
5.2. The return procedure and conditions are described in the Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6.1. All books are covered by a 24-month statutory quality warranty for printing defects.
6.2. The warranty does not apply to natural wear or damage caused by improper use.
7.1. The Seller is not liable for:
7.2. If the Seller violates these Terms, liability is limited to direct losses not exceeding the value of the order.
8.1. Buyer data is processed according to the Privacy Policy published on the Website.
8.2. The Buyer confirms that they have read the Privacy Policy and agree to data processing for order fulfillment.
9.1. All Website content (texts, logos, graphics, photos, etc.) is the property of the Seller or its partners and is protected by law.
9.2. Copying, distribution, or any other use of the content without written permission from the Seller is prohibited.
10.1. The parties are exempt from liability if obligations could not be fulfilled due to force majeure as defined by Lithuanian law.
11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiations; if unsuccessful, in the competent court of Vilnius.
11.3. The Buyer also has the right to contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR).
12.1. If any provision of the Terms becomes invalid, it does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
