Arabic-English-Arabic Legal Translation

This textbook examines the linguistic problems of translating legal discourse from Arabic into English and vice versa. Using a comparative-contrastive approach and corpus-based research, it analyses parallel authentic documents to look at the legal features of both languages and uncover the different translation techniques used.
