Cybernetics and Systems

This book is an outcome of the 17th Congress of the World Organization of Systems and Cybernetics that took place in Rome in January 2017. It provides a variety of conceptual frameworks and examples of multi and trans-disciplinary approaches to deal with wicked social problems in the 21st Century.
