A study asking the world's theorists of ethics, politics, international relations, and economics: Who must deliver on human rights? The contributors consider the obligations of state and non-state agents. They view the issues such as poverty, multiculturalism, corporate responsibility, trade standards, and the reform of multilateral institutions.
