This book presents the proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Electrical, Control & Computer Engineering 2019, held in Kuantan, Pahang, Malaysia, on 29th July 2019. Consisting of two parts, it covers the conferences’ main foci: Part 1 discusses instrumentation, robotics and control, while Part 2 addresses electrical power systems.
