Using criteria such as comfort, engagement, reinforcement, and meaningfulness, renowned museum researcher Beverly Serrell and colleagues have produced a generalizable framework for other museum professionals to better assess the effectiveness of museum exhibitions from a visitor-centered perspective and thereby improve their quality.
