Natural Rights and the Right to Choose

In the name of privacy, vast new liberties have been claimed, bound up with the notion of sexual freedom. The 'right to an abortion' overturned the jurisprudence of the New Deal and has been detached from the logic of natural rights and stripped of moral substance.
